China’s four richest cities, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen,  account for about 30% of all consumer wealth in the country.

Beijing, as the capital city of China, is not only a centre for politics  and culture, but also home to the greatest number of wealthy  people in China. In the latest 2016 China Household Wealth  Survey, Beijing has a total of 238,000 households with assets more  than 10 million RMB. Beijing is therefore the home to the largest  concentration of agencies selling overseas property.
